This April, Make-A-Wish Alabama will host their 3rd annual Junior Trailblaze Challenge. One of the locations will be Red Mountain Park! To learn more about Trailblaze challenges, read this BHM Now article.

Trailblaze Junior allows children to be a part of raising funds for Make-A-Wish Alabama and is the chapter’s largest fundraising event where young hikers will train to hike 2.63 miles.

Any child aged 16 and younger can register to participate. Each hiker will receive a T-shirt, goodie bag and a finisher’s medal.
