Join Dr. Ansel Payne for the second event in our new Gosse Nature Walk series. GNW #2 takes us to Ruffner Mountain Nature Center for a morning of birds, geology, pollinators, and more. Meet up is at 8 a.m. in the main parking lot (GPS: 33.558207, -86.707493). As always, Gosse Nature Walks are free and open to the public; just be sure to bring water, snacks, walking shoes, and seasonally appropriate attire. Cameras are also a great idea! (We can provide a limited number of binoculars and field guides, but encourage you to bring your own, if you have them.) Hope to see you there!
