Start: 8:00am for 21K/42K, 8:30 a.m. for 5K

Course: 21k loop, 2 loops to make the 42k, 5k lollipop

Race day registration and packet pick up: 6:30am; $5 increase for race day registration (shirts not guaranteed for race day registrants).

Aid Stations: There will be an aid station at the start/finish, at Salvage Rd and at Gray Fox Gap (you go through this aid station twice). Aid stations will have water, Tailwind, gels and other basic ultra aid station fare. NOTE: please bring a handheld or hydration pack. October in Alabama tends to get warm in the afternoon. Most of you will NEED hydration between aid stations.

Food: We will have the grill going at the finish. Please hang out after you finish your race and have a burger, chips, cookies, and a beverage. Vegetarian option will be available. Cahaba Brewing Co is providing beer for the festivities. Families are welcome to eat as well!
