Calling all volunteers!

Come join our Volunteer Coordinator and our Conservation Director as we seek to accomplish various tasks at the Turkey Creek greenhouse! Projects include but are not limited to plant propagation for our annual native plant sales, weeding and deadheading plants to make room for new growth, and general plant care and maintenance. Volunteer hours can be applied towards Alabama Master Gardener and Alabama Master Naturalist programs.

Helpful reminders:

• The greenhouse is located up the hill above the Turkey Creek office to the right once you enter the main entrance gate.

• You are free to bring pruners and gloves, but all equipment and tools are provided for.

• All attendees must register and complete the volunteer application before the workday.
